Issue #74 - October 2007
  The Possibilities

I read my horoscope nearly every day and lately the theme has been new beginnings and changes.  As I write this it's the second week of October.  I had an interview with the Beverly Hills Public library earlier this week.  I hope to get that job and work there until something better comes along... if anything.  I'll know by early next week if I got the job.

Two years ago at this time I was right at the start of a new adventure.  I had transfered to a new school, I didn't know a soul, and I was deafly afraid that I would fail.  Thankfully that feeling lasted for two seconds.  I made new friends, enjoyed my time, and learned a few things.  Now that that has ended I'm ready to start anew.  Hopefully this job will be the beginning of a new adventure.

Now on to sight news.  Vista Drive gets a big update.  The Black and White section alone gets pages: 49, 50, and 51 updated.  The Color section gets pages: 46 and 47 updated.  Go check all the updates.  Also, I'm considering updating twice a month.  I hope to have a ton of pictures ready by the next update, seeing as I'm going up to San Francisco next week.

Afterthoughts : iPhone Pictures (so far)

I bought an iPhone a couple of months ago.  The features are great, I love the look and the feel of the device.  But what I love is taking pictures, and the iPhone has a pretty good camera built into it.  It's also easier to take more pictures with the iPhone simply because it's usually in my hand.  This is a small collection of some of the pictures I've taken with my iPhone so far.

I hate to say it, but we've lost our way.  Don't you wish things were as easy as Patton makes it sound?  Yeah, me too.
