Glad to see 2004 Go
I wanted to write this big long article about how horrible 2004
was. But the words just aren't coming out. Basically
because all I'm trying to say is simple, I'll be glad to see 2004
go. The biggest things that cause me to hate 2004 are: my
Grandmother being sick, and Bush being re-elected. I hate cancer,
and George Bush, with a passion. Both of them are in my life
now. I wish I could banish both of them far, far, away.
Alas, that's not going to happen any time soon. So, I'll say
good-bye to this horrible year, and hope that the change in the
calendar means a change in this horrible feeling that everything is
going wrong. Because that's the feeling I had all year, that
things were just going to go wrong. Horribly wrong. And
that's exactly how things happened, they went horribly wrong.
Well, that's what I wanted to say. That I'm hoping that 2005 has
a better vibe. Because 2004 is on the top of my list of least
favorite year. Hell, this past year feels like crap that I
stepped on with my shoe. That's how it turned out to be, crap.
