Afterthoughts : This Past Month
The sting of "failing" school has nearly been totally taken away with the arrival of my new iPhone.

Instead of standing in line I pre-ordered my phone online. The crazy thing is that I was able to avoid the crazy fiasco that plagued the pre-orders online. See, stupid me woke up at 3am so that I could order the new phone. It was worth it, I love my new iPhone. It's not perfect, but what is?
At work I got in trouble the second to last week of the month. It was my own stupidity that lead to the taking to. But, I wasn't the only one getting in trouble. Everyone got a little bit of the shit. Thankfully things seemed to get back to normal (somewhat) the last week of the month.
Aside from finally feeling a little bit of joy I have been thinking about my future. What I've been doing is spinning my wheels for too long. I'm not sure how I'll get out of my current situation, but I have to try anything right now. Because I feel pretty miserable at both of my jobs. My San Marino job moved my schedule around a bit. I won't be working on Sundays anymore. I've been working on Sundays for 2 and a half years. The upside is that I now have an actual weekend. Before my weekends were broken up. I would have Saturdays off, work on Sunday, and then have Mondays off. Not fun, to say the least. I didn't realize it until just now, but this means I'll be able to watch football on Sundays! This move to Saturdays is looking better by the moment.
In July I'll know the results of a photo contest I entered. I hope to place at least in the honorable mentions, but really I want to win. Perhaps my work isn't good enough to win yet. Perhaps I still need to push my photography out of my comfort zone. Perhaps. We shall see.
